We start all newly approved applicants on a 9 month lease to start, no exceptions.
Renters insurance is required for all adults in the approved rental party
We look for an immediate move in upon approval.
Pets are not being considered at this time

3. Does anyone in your rental party have prior evictions?
4. What are the FICO scores for all adults?
5. What is total gross monthly income? (This is the amount before taxes).
6. Are you looking for short term or long term? (Long term would be anything over a year)
7. What is your anticipated move in date?
